Important booking information

Reservation Process

Reservations can be made through our contact form or by phone/email/WhatsApp. We will respond to all inquiries within 24 hours with availability confirmation and a quote.

Payment Terms

Deposit

In general, a deposit is not required in advance, but an exception can be made for larger groups and/or longer stays during high season. If a deposit is requested, it must be received within 48 hours of booking confirmation, otherwise the reservation may be cancelled.

Balance Payment

The remaining balance is due at checkout. Payment can be made in cash or by credit card.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following credit cards through our secure WSpay payment gateway:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard

Currency

All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR). Credit card transactions are processed in Euro (EUR).

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation

Cancellations made 24 or more hours before arrival date receive a full deposit refund.

Late Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival date will result in the deposit being retained as a cancellation fee.

No-Show

Guests who fail to arrive without prior notification will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in time: From 14:00
  • Check-out time: By 10:00
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability

House Rules

  • Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms
  • Pets are not allowed
  • Quiet hours: 22:00 - 08:00
  • Visitors must be registered at reception

Privacy Policy

We collect only the personal information necessary to process your reservation and comply with legal requirements. Your data is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

Your Rights

  • You may request to view the personal data we hold about you
  • You may request removal from our marketing communications at any time
  • Employee access to personal data is strictly limited to job-related needs

Liability

Banica Rooms & Apartments is not responsible for:

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings left in the rooms
  • Valuables not secured in the provided safe
  • Injuries resulting from guest negligence
