Outdoor Living Space

One of the unique features of Banica Rooms & Apartments is our generous terrace space totaling 110 m² (35 + 75 m²). These outdoor areas offer guests a peaceful retreat to enjoy the Mediterranean climate and atmosphere of Split. They face south (the quiet side) and sit high above the bustling streets. It’s so quiet that sometimes it’s hard to imagine you’re in the heart of the old town.

Our Terrace Areas

Main Terrace

The larger terrace (75 m²) is covered and right next to our communal kitchen, which makes it an ideal place to relax or have a meal or coffee. It includes:

• Comfortable seating for relaxation
• Dining table for outdoor meals
• Shade for hot summer days and infrared heater for winter
• Beautiful views of the historic neighborhood

Rooftop Terrace

Our elevated terrace offers:

• 360° panoramic views over Split’s rooftops all the way to the city port and marina
• Morning sun exposure, perfect for breakfast
• Evening ambiance as the city lights up

Just like our kitchen, terraces are a great place to meet fellow travelers and exchange travel stories.

Split enjoys a Mediterranean climate with over 2,600 hours of sunshine per year. Our terraces are designed to be comfortable in all seasons:
